After you finish tutorial once, all the classes you create next, you can skip tutorial and start at level 10 straight. Picking an assassin to play is essentially picking 1/6 not 1/3. I would recommend playing what you enjoy over what sounds like the most DPS since at the end of the day, whoever has the best gear will do the most damage..
